At Burnstein von Seelen Precision Casting Corp., we offer precision custom casting services. We have the capability of achieving near net shape using chill cast permanent mold casting processes. Features include pressure tight, mechanical strength, weldability, annealed, enameled, high electrical (98%IACS) and thermal conductivity, heat treated, thin wall, plated, plastic coated, anti-galling, anti-static, high tensile, heat and abrasion resistant. Production volume ranges from minimum 50 pieces to no upper limit. Blanket orders are also supported. In addition we can offer consignment and stocking programs.
We work with a variety of alloys including high conductivity copper (min 98 % IACS) chrome copper, nickel copper, bronze, aluminum bronze, nickel aluminum bronze brass and special brass alloy materials. All our materials are lead free. Tolerances as low as +0.010 in. can be achieved. We have our own captive CNC machine shop. In addition we offer on-site silver and tin plating. We build our mold tooling and machining fixtures on site. Lead times are quoted on job by job basis. Emergency and rush services are available.
